They say absence makes the heart grow fonder. Never have I felt that more than the past few days. We always knew that saying goodbye to friends and family would be the most difficult part of this trip.
To our co-workers; we will be thinking of you throughout the school year. Your jobs are some of the most challenging and most rewarding. Students are lucky to have you in their lives! To our friends; thank you for all the laughs, support, and and adventures over the years. We promise to bring back plenty of stories to laugh about when we return. Finally, to our families; your love and support has made this trip possible. We love you all so much and we promise to be safe and make you proud as we travel and interact with cultures from around the world. We will see you soon safe and sound!
